Prior to the DLT takeover DP wasn't moving on his cost neutral plan for raises and contracts...then with the DLT takeover he dropped it and said he'd give the inflight/pilot (or all emps) the best of all contracts. Whats he going to do now??

Hey DP how about a billion dollar bone thrown to us and another to that crappy IT system our customer deal with???

I think he said something more along the lines of - they would go with the more expensive contract. I seem to remember hearing the phrase "No cherry picking of contracts" as well.

Actually, it morphed rather quickly into "the highest of the three wage rates". There's a lot of other areas in the contracts where higher wages can be offset, thus realizing Parker's goal of "cost neutral".
