A competant guy on on the line would have no problem with that at all. That was a sad depiction of the usefulness of the helicopter in a firefighting role. 🙁

Well, my first attempt at bucketing on a 100 foot line went about the same. Practice made it a whole lot easier. That line was swinging pretty good on the video clip.

Why do things always seem to go wrong when the cameras are rolling?
