Take a few minutes to peruse the American and United forums, both of which currently have 'sky nAAzis' and UAL 'prison matrons' engaged in Hitler vs. Stalin-type battles over who's less angry and bitter; then observe the US Airways forum in which achieving even a Soviet-era Aeroflot level of customer service seems to be a goal slipping further and further from reach, and you reach the conclusion that if hootchie mamas flashing their naughty bits and guys wanting the unalienable right to wear juvenile T-shirts are all that is going on in a particular airline, than said airline ain't doing too badly... B)

All I can say is, the things that made this an excellent airline, great customer service to BOTH our customers AND fellow employees, is one of the biggest things we must strive to continue, or we too shall become one of THEM. Take it from me I, like many others have been there, and it is not a pleasant experience.

Excellent post boeingdriver.....I too have been there, done that, and 100% sure do not want to revisit that nightmare again, yikes.
