Quick question for you round engine types -

What is the takeoff distance required at sea level with a 15 knot headwind and gross load? How about landing distance? Paved runway, by the way..

I'm away from my POH for another week or so but I'll look it up when we get back to Yellowknife. a quick guess 2500' or less..probably quite a bit less..

Here's what I came up with:
Take-off distance to 50 feet - 1900 feet (Both engines operating)
Accelerate/Stop distance - 3600 feet (86 knot decision speed)
Landing distance from 50 feet - 1725 feet (Vref 79 knots)

That's using Gross Weight (26,900 lbs.), sea level at ISA (15 C), a paved, level runway with 15 knots of headwind (and photocopies of really old charts taken from a few different sources).
