I'm basing this on the likely voluntary (ish) action by HC removing herself from consideration.

Biden/Sanders  Win with over 60% of the vote

Notice everybody is freaking over the DNC hack, but nothing on the classified email release that came out July 7. They make note the DNC hack wasn't on HC's mickey mouse server but the July 7 release is all about that and only about that.
