Don Videtich's Role In Rifs

Can someone elaborate on Videtich's role in the closing of BDL, IAH, PHL and BDL. I understand the president's council was not included in the Videtich-Martinez love fest.
I understand that Videtich is a big International boy now and it looks like he wanted to hit Local 562 hard by closing BDL and PHL. Is McCormack of ORD the next one up for International fame and glory?
