But this regime has it's followers believing that 'drill baby drill" would meet our needs. But it's just being exported to the world market. On reason I opposed "drill baby drill" in the first place is because oil is a non-renewable resource...once we drill it, it's gone. I would rather have "drill baby drill" become a program to help keep fuel prices under some kind of control due to things like unnecessary wars in an oil producing region. I wonder what gas prices would be if we drilled OUR oil to be used in OUR country. Once it's drilled and exported - it's gone.

You realize that several refineries had issues after the pandemic as well. You all didn't seem to accept that as a reason for higher gas prices under Biden. That was because Biden cancelled the fourth phase of an already existing pipeline to pump crap oil from Canada to be exported. And did the refineries start having problems in February? Because gas was a lot cheaper then. Damn the luck

If we are going to drill a nonrenewable resource, I don't want to export a drop. Not one. I want ALL of it to go to OUR needs. And for what it's worth...here's what we did when Brandon was president:
