To a degree yes. Cut back on saturated fat and sodium. Canned meats are only in the cabinet for long term power outages. I rarely ever buy fast food. I think organic Chicken might not be a bad idea but don’t think people have to worry about it in their eggs. “JMO”

I've read that a majority of chickens are fed GMO feed. GMO foods are engineered to withstand the weedkiller Glyphosphate. What you eat is totally up to you.
