planejane, I do believe that you have stumbled on one of the main reasons that companies such as Usairways are in love with outsourcing,, When you have some other company do your work for you, A company can just "wash their hands" of any problem that arises and "point their finger" at the outsourcing company....planejane said:there has been 4 engine inflight shutdowns in less than 6 months.
