200% of your base salary President and CEO for a bonus? You greedy Bas**rds!!! And you want me to work for 1996 wages with a measly 1% raise on top of that. When I go to the grocery store to buy food, I think I'll just pay 1996 prices, because that is all I can afford.
 
This bonus program has been in place for some time now. After the initial good feelings of the merger wore off, they changed their bonus program to include performance metrics of the airline. Hence why they are so concerned with our DOT results....

But....but they throw the employees a cool $50. To think management wonders WHY....just WHY there is such a wedge in relations. :blink:
 
Hey, an extra 600.00/yr to keep the operation running smooth, is definitely equal to their 800k bonus, Isn't it?

If I was the union I would have made it a priority to get raises for the crews a while ago. Two years later our union hasn't even ask for money yet! lol! Management laughs at them without a doubt.
 
we ARE the union absolutely but when you have elected officials that believe with can continue to dictate to you you MUST laugh at them as you watch them fall from grace. Ann in CLT coupled with the recall of the Local 70 officers is certainly laughable. Well to be honest it's sad but through frustration you must laugh as we take back OUR union. Saying "you are the union" is easy but when you have elected officials trying their hardest to muffle your voice the job of taking it back is tough at times.
 
So why do we go out of our way in any way to help out? It' s human nature but it's time to STOP.....
pay us and we perform ... otherwise.. NOT
 
If everyone stopped paying dues for a month we could bring this to the forefront pronto.
 
From a pilot and flight attendant standpoint they should fly their block and not a minute more. Stop overflying and using ETB to clean up company mess. If reserve flight attendants did the same and went without doing ETB just ONE MONTH the place would fall to it's knees. Nothing illegal and certainly not a job action. Just doing what my contract says. 😉

Stop supporting the unions who don't produce! Fastest way to get results.
