The Faces of AIDS is a compassionate portrayal of people struggling with the complexities of this devastating disease. The creators of the exhibit say the personal testimonials of the extraordinary people in the exhibit are a potent means of combating fear, denial, homophobia and racism. They illuminate the social, political and cultural barriers that must be overcome in order for people to recognize their risk and gain access to appropriate health care.

The exhibition at O''Hare is centrally located in the crossover hallway in front of the Admirals Club® entrance, between Terminal 3''s H and K concourses, where it will be viewed by thousands of travelers each day. The remainder of the Faces of AIDS airport tour schedule is as follows: St. Louis, Aug. 18-21; Dallas/Fort Worth, Aug. 25-27; and Los Angeles (LAX), Sept. 8-11. The exhibition will also appear at American''s corporate offices near DFW Airport and at the Dallas office of JP Morgan Chase.

American Airlines is proud to present this compelling exhibition for our customers and airline and airport employees at four of our busiest facilities. We salute the American Airlines employee resource groups on our diversity council who organized this tour and thank our friends at JP Morgan Chase for their support, said Debra Hunter-Johnson, vice president-Human Resources, who oversees diversity initiatives at American. For more than a decade, American has led the airline industry in providing support of organizations that promote HIV/AIDS awareness, research and the delivery services to people living with AIDS and those who care for them.

The exhibition tour is a project of three of the American Airlines Employee Resource Groups on the corporate AMR Diversity Advisory Council -- the Gay, xxxxxxx, Bisexual and Transgender Employees of AMR (GLEAM), the African-American and the Hispanic/Latino groups. The Diversity Advisory Council is comprised of 14 Employee Resource Groups, each representing different ethnicities, religions, ages and lifestyles to promote greater understanding among American Airlines/American Eagle employees and customers.

American Airlines is the industry leader in support of HIV/AIDS organizations worldwide. American is the official airline of the American Foundation for AIDS Research (AmFAR), committing to a five-year partnership by providing $1 million of in-kind travel to support important AIDS research efforts. American sponsors dozens of other national and local AIDS organizations and fundraising events.

American Airlines is the world''s largest carrier. American, American Eagle and the AmericanConnection regional carriers serve nearly 275 cities in 50 countries and territories with approximately 4,300 daily flights. ALL THIS LIBERAL BS WILL NOT BUY A TIRE, PAY FOR PILOT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING, OR GET A 777 OFF THE GATE IN TIME! AND I WOULD ACTUALLY FIND IT OFFENSIVE IF I SAW THIS AS I WAS TRYING TO FLY AA TO A RELAXING VACATION DESTINATION!

Are you saying the thousands, nay - millions of people around the world who are living with HIV/Aids have not lived "good clean lives"?
Shame on you for having the audacity to insinuate that your unemployment woes are more important than the health, lives, and certain deaths of millions of human beings.
