You do realize that you are arguing over 1/2 of 1% of the $40 billion for the bail out right? I know the principle of the thing gets me too but they have contracts and the company is not in bankruptcy so every legal person I have heard speak on the issue says there is nothing legally that will stand up. Then there is the 1/2 of 1% of the bail out thing. Not worth getting all worked up about something taht small when we are getting hosed on so many other fronts.

If I recall, fannie and freddie got bailed out. If im not also mistaken they got bailout money twice, so where is the outrage now? Why was AIG an outrage and not Fannie Freddie?
