Congrats on the profit, too bad the YX deal fell through and cost you guys so much money pursuing it. At first I was not a fan of the proposed merger because I really am a fan of YX and I like their unique style but the alternative, the passive invest by NW and the possibility that NW might acquire them somewhere down the road I'd rather have seen them merge with FL.

Anyway, goodluck and hopefully Q4 is good for you guys too.
