Emails show FBI investigating Sen. Bob Menendez for sleeping with underage Dominican prostitutes

Documents published online for the first time Thursday indicate that the FBI opened an inquiry into New Jersey Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez on August 1, 2012, focusing on repeated trips he took to the Dominican Republic with longtime campaign contributor and Miami eye doctor Salomon Melgen. TheDC reported in November that Menendez purchased the service of prostitutes in that Caribbean nation at a series of alcohol-fueled sex parties.

Don't fret, the Dems and liberal media have already swept this one, under the rug !

No forum MSM style bias here?
You clowns kill me.
Oh, sheeyut....hes a Dem.....I apologize....How shallow of me.

Dude likes poking little girls....How sweet.
ABC was notified of the story back in May 2012.....Dem Big shot....MSM looks the other way.....they are guilty too.

In May 2012, CREW also referred the investigation to ABC News investigative producer Rhonda Schwartz. Despite being the first news outlet to learn of the allegations against Senator Menendez, the network has yet to air a story about the scandal.

A review of transcripts of the major networks showed extensive coverage of scandals involving former Republican Sens. John Ensign and Larry Craig, former Republican South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford and current Republican Louisiana Sen. David Vitter from ABC, CBS and NBC’s national news broadcasts.

Federal Election Commission records show that Dr. Salomon Melgen, the Miami ophthalmologist connected to New Jersey Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez’s alleged prostitution scandal, has financed several high-ranking politicians from both political parties.

Over the years, Melgen and his wife Flor donated $2,000 to former President Bill Clinton and another $4,700 to outgoing Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s various campaigns. Melgen donated $3,000 to Hugh Rodham, Hillary’s brother, for his unsuccessful 1994 Senate campaign, and $1,000 to Al Gore’s failed 2000 bid for president.
Melgen and his wife together donated $9,600 to former Florida Democratic Rep. Kendrick Meek’s failed 2010 run for U.S. Senate. Bill Clinton infamously supported Meek in that race, a three-way campaign between then-Gov. Charlie Crist and the race’s ultimate winner, Marco Rubio. Meek was widely expected to lose that race, but Clinton supported him anyway.
The Melgens have donated $8,000 total to Minnesota Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar in recent cycles, $2,000 to New York Democratic Sen. Chuck Schumer in 1998, and $9,600 to Democratic National Committee chairwoman and Florida Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Melgen has supported Republicans, too. He and his wife donated $10,000 to Florida Republican Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart over the years and $9,800 to his fellow Florida Republican, Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen.

NPR did a piece on the Menendez story yesterday. I was about this Doctor and the Senator taking flights on this guys plane down to Central America. The Senator got caught not reporting the free flights to the ethics committee. He paid it back trying to hide it from everyone, then got outed. They also talked about the FBI raid. The FBI would only say that they "had investigation activity" at the home of the Doctor. Nothing on either of them "poking little girls", but they did mention other stories ginned up from some blog (i am guessing the daily caller) about him banging prostitutes.

Doesn't matter if it were ginned up or not. If this Dude were a Republican, in the same scenario, it'd be plastered all over the headlines !

It was a feature story on NPR. I also heard a story about it on CNN. I don't watch tv enough to know how it was covered. I also don't go on commieblaster or daily caller or infowars or drudge so I must have missed it there.

Ginned up?
How about pure case of media bias?
If you can't see the wagons being circled around the poor man then you are blind.
You do know this is an acceptable sexual choice with certain groups your party favor?

Naw he gets some from the Tampa dweeb tribune or something like that, that only covers local news so he can't be pinned down on national news.

Since CNN and NPR covered the story then they must be right wing?
