For the second year in row, Timothy Geithner admitted before the Senate Budget Committee that President Obama’s budget takes no action to meaningfully reform entitlement programs, putting us on an “unsustainable” fiscal course.

“Even if Congress were to enact this budget,” Geithner said, “we would still be left with–in the outer decades as millions of Americans retire–what are still unsustainable commitments in Medicare and Medicaid.

Sadly....

Here's the problem, niether party seems to take this seriously.

Ron Paul has been saying this since about 1988, but hey it's just "Crazy Uncle Ron" you know, the guy who predicted the Real Estate Bubble a few years before it happened.

I'm not exactly sure what Ron Paul has to do with this. Maybe it's your unhealthy fixation bordering on stalking.

Ron Paul has been saying the debt is unsustainable for 30 years and eventually the whole bubble will burst. He predicted the Real Estate bubble fully 4 years before it happened and he has nothing to do with it?? OK

It's just getting old this closet love affair of yours that you bring up in about every ranting post you make.

The only Love affair I have is with Individual Liberty. Just so happens Ron Paul shares that notion. Facts is fact and the fact here is you've resorted to the Progressive Playbook. When you can't win the debate, attack the person not the issue. Sadly typical and not unexpected.

And you've resorted to the playbook of the self righteous. Name calling and accusing directly or indirectly anyone who disagrees with of not loving liberty or whatever else they proclaim to believe in.
