Can you explain to me how Southwest pays it's ramp $24.00, and makes a profit every year? Rates of pay at AA are not the problem. A productive and loyal culture is what we need. But what does management do? They go out and waste $3 billion on TWA. This divides workers, and severes what loyalty AA had.
