I am very suprised that USAIRWAYS got financing to purchase new Embrailier regional jets with such a poor credit rating...

And how an airline "fresh" out of bankruptcy, can start-up a new division, with brand new equiptment, and at the same time evade lease agreements on other aircraft ... :unsure:

I would say the main reason is that the POR at the time demonstrated the ability of Group to make money with these new aircraft.
