For anyone who took the early out.........
Spent hours on the phone today just trying to get someone to send me the info on the coverage for 2006. If you are not an active or retired employee you will receive NOTHING about the plan changes, or the increase in your premium for 2006. As an early-out, you cannot access your current or future coverage through the BenefitCenter.
Per ERISA guidelines you are entilted to receive, in writing, at no charge, a copy of your benefit plan. You must request this in writing from the plan administrator(USAIrways)
If you call Human Resources/Benefits, please tell them we need notification of our plan and premium changes or internet access to those changes, NOW!
