There is a difference though. Parker seems to want to stay in the business and run a bigger, merged airline. Tilton, from all evidence I've seen, wants out.

People can say whatever they want about US and its management, but I still think US is managed better than UA. I also dont think that mergers are going to happen. You guys know first hand how hard it is to take two different cultures, inventories, etc. and blend them together. I believe the weaker airlines will just fail, and the stronger ones will pick up the pieces. Who will they be? WN is a given.

I dont know, UAL has done a pretty good job of punishing me every time I've flown them.

My problems with UA have always been ORD related. I'm a part of the PHL "originating" traffic... Not too many options for us...
