Its been proven its far easier to vote in another union than it is to change your AGC'S under the IAM. It is impossible to have fair elections when the IAM is willing to violate their own constitution as to keep their company YES men in!!!!
IF YOU KNOW SO MUCH WHY DON'T YOU POST WHAT HE MADE..... :down:pitguy said:I bet Frank made six figures in 2004!

ah whats keeping you from submitting a by law change and getting your bunch of monday morning quarterbacks to help you muscle the change through...oh i bet you're too friggin busy and don't have time.....pitguy said:Gee.........why do some people have to have the retirees vote them in? The retirees have no business voting. But, then again none of the working slugs could get off their duff to come and change the by-law so let the bums reap what they sowed.

they can vote amfa in or the lucky charms leprechaun for all that it would matter.the end result is the same peple would still whine and piss and moan and sit back and not attend meetings just like it is now.....and has been for 20 years...lame members bob...... iam/amfa will have to spoon feed eveyone...after all they pay dues they don't have to be involved....or you live in some fairytale city where everyone is involved??Bob Owens said:Blame for what? Did the members or the local leadership force the revote on the first round of concessions?
Do you Local elected leaders really have a say in the contract?
I was a local officer and I saw how Local leaders are conditioned to blame the membership. Its bull, if you have a structure that has leaders then when things go bad its the leaders fault. In the IAM can the members vote out the top leaders of the IAM or not? The only thing you can blame the members for is not filling out enough cards to get a representational election going between the IAM and AMFA.

so why do you try and make out like you have seen his then??
well you won't see mine either...nun ya bizzness
I think we all may know why at this point.
any hours he works in excess of 8 is paid at the straight time hourly rate(saving someones butt)
As far as the elections go I do agree for the most part except how one can defend retired workers voting on matters that effect working members/workers. That is wrong............really wrong.
explain then today,in this proposal there aren't any retirees voting...why's that dude??
I left a year ago and was in no position to change matters when I did leave as I was not a member of your union. Best of luck and enjoy being part of the working poor, but at least you voted for it.

just showing you and your biased ,baseless diatribe that you can not defend or prove me wrong....pitguy said:Defend him all you want as he leads you all down the road to poverty. I have always said the average person is an idiot and I am laughing at you. Just keep grasping at what little is left of your sorry job.
