I'm full of enthusiasm for progress. I got one letter from NG throwing a valid grievance under the bus, but he overlooked 4 more. Being a West guy I know MM and SW quite well, and I'm impress with what I've seen and heard of JS. I even hear the Station Manager may be interested in actually resolving grievances when valid, instead of just imposing insecurities upon us by sending all of them to Step 3 like Ben C did. Four more hours until a GREAT year begins!

OK to all my guys in the East. Its just 45 min until the ball drops and nobody is even on here from the east. Boy we are getting old!!!!!!!!!!!!!
