I flew with the CEO David Neeleman last week. He admitted the mistake,( by the way it was made in good faith to combat terrorism) Apologized and learned a lesson. The lawsuits will be handled and work there way through the courts and life will go on. It's just not that big a story.
 
I agree with the you. I guess that I should have worded to topic title better, I ment to say that the whole privacy issue was blown over and almost forgoten about. People are moving on, jetblue is moving on.
