Is today still the day for the POR to be filed?

And tomorrow the deadline for competing bids? How can they file a POR if all the bids aren't in?

The POR and any other offers have nothing to do with each other.

The company should be proceding with making and filing a POR on how they plan to emerge from bankruptcy. If a competing bid is made then it opens it up to bidding war and the Judge will decide.

Isn't the merger how the company plans to get out of BK? The POR will contain the merger, correct?
