One for sure thing you can say about Obama, as far as getting other countries and Congress to back him, he ain't no George Bush.

Nope, don't miss the Dumbya, not even a little bit, ever

And, damn glad O's not a bit like him

BTW,

Putin is already assisting Assad, or has.

Maybeee the foreign policy and ME geniuses over there at Fox should do a story on how that might lead to the US supporting the opposition.

Of course, they can prattle on all they want, with no greater consequence than a few more gullible sheep sending a few more dollars their way.

Real people have to make real decisions, with real comsequences

Sad day when Putin takes the reigns from the free world and upstages the Amateur.

Sad day when fear is substituted for reality

Russia is still a has been

Putin is still a wannabe

The US is still the only superpower

And Obama treats that reality with respect,

Authority is to be used, not abused

Georgie never learned that basic NCO school lesson

In Obama, it is so deeply ingrained it is like a sixth sense

Obama's mission is to make US a non super power.....wake up and smell the roses.

Obama hints he may abandon Syria strike

Congressional aides in both parties tell me that the chances of President Obama winning House approval for military action in Syria are so bad they actually doubt the House would ultimately vote on it if failure seemed certain.

US President Barack Obama emerged from a G20 summit on Friday with few signs of international support for his plan to launch military strikes against Syria and significant political opposition at home.

Maybe what we need is a second superpower. When we were the sole superpower, the world started not liking us so much. I guesss because when you are the only game in town, people don't like you. Especically when you do things like we did in the good old days....invade a country that didn't do anything to us. Had there been a second superpower, I wonder if we would have been as quick on the draw. Sometimes your worst enemy can save you from yourself.

I think I just figured out how to determine if we should invade Syria. Have a nationwide poll of all residents. It would be a 2 part vote. Those who can find Syria on a map can give an opinion of yes or no on invasion. All those who can't find Syria on a map are counted as "No" Votes.

You forgot China, and the fact that those who hated you during the Cold War are still attached to Mother Russia, who creates an illusion of being an ally. Just sayin'

Obama's ideology doesn't support US as a super power....he's mentioned this in many speeches when first elected. He feels it is not right that one country leads/excels....all countries should be equal on the global stage......I think that's marxist/communist ideology.
Just what we need....

Miss W? Good god no. Two misguided wars with 5,000 dead troops. Nope. Don't miss him either. Not for a second.

Is the reluctance of other countries to join in Syria related to being duped last time? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice ...
