LAS Fuel Shortage

Noticed aircraft are starting to Tanker Extra Fuel into LAS due to a Fuel Shortage. Saw that normally LAS has a Seven Day Supply on Hand but are now down to only a Three Day Supply. My Question, Does USAirways OWN the Inventory in LAS or are All Airlines having a Fuel Problem? On the East, we have several Inventory Stations.
