What ever happened to the most common way to treat a customer? Remember the saying the customer is always right?
If my expensive vacation and probably the last one my mother would ever take was ruined, I'd be less then happy and/or cordial also. As I'm sure you all would be.
A New York lawyer? Surely you jest!You have no clue what actually happened, the details are seriously lacking. How can you say they didn't try to take care of the customer? Maybe he is just an a-hole that couldn't be satisfied?
