Just when you think the airlines have exhausted all the possible ways they can screw their employees and customers (Besides the Platinums and Golds) they come up with something else...

1st they took away the mainline employees and substituted scabs that don't give a damn, and can't do the job.......then the blankets...then the pillows...and then the LOUSY pretzel packs....THEN they started charging you for the window/aisle seat... NOOOOW...they're gonna charge you to check LUGGAGE !! What next....will it cost ya $1.00 to use the LAV in flight ???

At least Steenland and his buddies won't be suffering...thank GOD for that !!

Steenland, upon Northwest's exit from Chapter 11, received a stock and option package worth more than $25 million, while other top executives raked in awards as high as $13.5 million (both, however, are subject to four-year vesting periods).

The Exact things you get(or don't get) are the same, as If you were riding an Express airport BUS from Grand Central Station(NY) to JFK.

What DO THEY have in common........................LOW FARES !(In Y class)
Exactly what the Majority of Every airlines passengers WANT !!

It's NOT Rocket Science.

Cry me a river.

I care as much about the consumer as the consumer cares about me.
Go shop walmart and complain about their service and 'quality' products.
You want cheap, you get cheap, if you don't like it, climb into your calistoga wagon and drive yourself.

You ‘consumers’ are two faced in your support of the workers and your demand for lower prices at any cost.

Pay for the ticket, purchase from another airline or game the system to get what you want but don't try to lay your line of BS as being nobel.
