Heading to DCA and have booked a hotel in Arlington that is priced OK but was wondering if anyone knew of a hotel around DCA or in DCA that offered a good airline rate. The place would have to have access to the metro. Thank you for the help.

If you are going to be there on a weekend, you can't beat the corporate rates we have at Club Quarters.

Its a corporate hotel that is like a time share for user companies.

Go to www.clubquarters.com

Where it says "Password" enter America West.

The DC hotel is very centrally located at 17th and I street, and is a block from the Metro.

Rooms are various sizes, the smallest is pretty tiny but has the TV, bed and bathroom and its clean and secure.

Weekend and holiday rates range from $62 a night to $112 depending on room size.

As for the rest of the week, its a good discount, but usually full up.

I will be there during the week. I`ll give them a call and see what they have available though. Thanks!

Check the website and see what they got, they have all their availabilty online.

Also, call crew scheduling, I know that HP used to crew in Alexandria just off of the Yellow line metro.

Is it wise to post the password for the world to see? You might edit that out and PM someone with the info if you're even sure they are entitled to use it.

Hello,
I heard the Hotel Harrington is pretty good. I don't know if they offer airline rates. They might offer AAA or AARP rates. I didn't stay there but my Niece’s friend did last week. The Hotel is located in a great area near the National Mall and a metro stop. Hotel Harrington

Have a great time, I think you picked the best time of year to visit Washington DC.

No problem, actually, you still have to show proof of airline employment to stay there on the special rate.

This is like booking a govt. or other special rate that one might not be privileged for. Sometimes the desk asks for ID, sometimes they don't.

Thanks for all the help. Have a great a Sunday watching the football games.
