Another nut job. If guilty I hope they throw away the key.

Throw away the key for what? making a verbal threat and having a large firecracker (M80)?

Dhimmi much?

Wheres your outrage on the hate crime and terrorist attack at Fort Hood? Remember? 12 dead, 31 wounded?

Let us know when you get your Burka darling.

Stockham had a large but undisclosed quantity of class-C fireworks including M-80s, which are outlawed in Michigan, Haddad said.

Oh, the humanities......

Those " M-80's " have less than 50 milligrams of powder in them.

Guy like that should have been in some type of facility long time ago......but wait, didn't the left leaning liberals over at ACLU get them sprung back when Ronnie was ruling the world?

So because he did not have enough explosives he gets a pass? Should we have given a pass to the guys who tried to blow up the WTC the first time? After all they did not have enough to do the job either. The guy intended to do harm. Whether or not he had the material or capability to do so is not relevant.

Had a trunk full of legally purchased firecrackers in his trunk. Got drunk and made some remarks.
Bet he gets off with some reduced plea. This is laughable at best. Wasn't even good enough for MSM to try and make him a Tea Party lover....

Why would politics enter into this? He is just a nut job like Loughner is.

Whether or not his joker had the right equipment to do the job is in my opinion irrelevant. As far as I am concerned the only difference between murder and attempted murder is competence. I see no reason to give leniency to someone who is not able to plan something correctly. He just tried and failed.

It already has. It was not a church and he was not Arab. No big deal.

A trunk full of legal firecrackers.........get with it.
Less than 50 milligrams each.....cut me a break.

Oh my God Gertrude, he's got M-80's....run for your life. He might blow up a mail box....run....run....

CNN is claiming GW Bush was part of this guys past.

Dell,

It does not matter if he had 1 M-80. This is a matter of intent. He intended to blow up a mosque with innocent people in it. That is an act of terrorism. As far as intent is concerned he is no different than McVeigh other than McVeigh was successful and this guy was not.

Don't be too surprised if this one gets tossed or slapped on the wrist.

Not gonna blow up much with a M-80. Maybe a beer can...maybe.

Liberals heads make a bigger explosions when ever Sarah Palin tweets of posts a Facebook comment.
Or holding a gun.

A drunk rambling in a bar goes a long way to intent.

Sitting in a parking lot doesn't fit the muster.

It will be some dumbed down lesser charge.

This isn't Jared Loughner by any means.

Burden of proof rests with the local DA.

I am sure you are right Dell. Like I said earlier it was not a christian church and he was not an Arab so it's no big deal.

Your comparison I think is lame. Very lame.

Police said ' need to know' because its a chicken crap story.
