MDA suit?

If you are referring to the flight attendants' lawsuit and you are a plaintiff, you should already be receiving confidential e-mail messages. If you are not already a plaintiff, or haven't gotten your e-mail messages, PM me and I will give you the information for the people organizing the effort.

The suit is still in the moving forward. The complaints have been filed NY District Court. Both ALPA and the company have ask for extenstions, and those should be nearing their end soon.
There is not a great deal of specific information I can pass along which isn't confidential to just the plaintiffs, but it will be really good watching from the side lines. The furloughed MDA pilots are recieving unemployment bene's as furloughed USAirways employees. Recently VP Glass testified in court that there never was an MDA, that all EMB-170 pilots are and always were USAirways pilots. I'm guessing it would still be unsafe to call it a "slam dunk", but the odds say both the union and the company will feel they would be better off settling outside of court.
