🙄 I heard something about him and another management type getting in a physical confrontation here at afw, but thats all second hand info :blink:

Last TUES., MJ was having a meeting with his subordinate supervisors in the Structures bldg. The exact subject is unknown to us, but evidently MJ was continuing to elaborate the subject and HIS POSITION. (Note: when in a mtg with MJ, don't leave until HE ADJOURNS!!) Francisco Manolo stood up and started to leave the room. MJ stood up and blocked the path to the door. FM said something and MJ OVER reacted. Later, MJ's friends in HR came to escort him OFFBASE. FM was similiarly treated.

On WED., our dock was in a meeting with Mgr Don Boutwell. In the Q@A , DB was asked about MJ. We were told that MJ was out 'sick' . FM returned to work on Fri., VERY TIGHT LIPPED.

Today we heard that MJ was walking about the entry to the Crystal Palace (HDQ) Fri, Mon, and Tues. Also we heard that after some sort of PC treatment/ class/ therapy, he will become 'Salvageable'! Possibly a transfer to DFW is in the works. But there has been a transfer from AFW Bay 2/3 of a Supervisor.

Yes he and our other buddy at the international Gary Yingst, both ran Pres and VP I believe back around '98..

If Michael "HEE HEE" Jackson is out, expect newly ousted Yingst to get that job, if he can overcome his problem. Wouldn't suprise me one bit.

It seems as though the company will never break free of its habit of placing trash in high places to further sabotage the organization.

What "openings" are there at TULE for a stupid SOB of his "calibre"? He certainly won't be allowed to languish with the greatly reduced pay he'd receive as a prole (unless he really pissed off Little Jimmy), so what position in "management" would pay an equivalent salary?

Is there any chance they angered Little Jimmy and he actually booted their posteriors downstairs? It does seem rather odd the announcement was made with absolutely no explaination as to the plans.

Normally, there's some kind a a feel-good story that goes along with any move of this type, even one that's disciplinary in nature, simply to add to the drama.
