Can anyone say what the general morale is like in ATL for Ramp, CSA, Mx?

Sorry, should have been more specific. I meant at FL.
I'll be as honest as I can from what I see and hear. For the most part, I'd say Morale is good, not great, but considering the state of the industry, other airlines, crazy events due to weather and what not, it is surprisingly good. Of course every airline has their few people who Multi-task "Biotch & Moan" about everything, but for the most part, everyone stays focused on improvement. Ramp would be the toughest as they really works their butts off. CSR's have to deal with the "You ruined my day cuz yer plane is late" Pax when it in fact is riding around Georgia somewhere trying to land in a line of Gawd knows how many aircraft. My guess would be that, since those 2 working groups voted against bringing in a Union, there must be some satisfaction in the company. Mx focals are very dedicated to their task and a safe airworthy airplane. What I do see alot of is, people helping out others when it is not in their job discription.
That is kind of cool IMHO. Remember, this is only my observation and for those who want to start the Kool aid line chant, all I can say is, Sorry, I drink Beer!

Well thanks for the info. Generally things are similar in MCO but theres alot of discontent in Mx. We do our jobs of course as professionals, but many are not happy with the way things are run here. Lots of room for improvement in effeciency that would reduce delays and improve morale.

Oh and no koolaid for me either, gimme a beer!

...for those who want to start the Kool aid line chant...

Nothing wrong with being relatively happy in your job and with your company - especially in this industry and these times. However, if you start with "things couldn't be better and our CEO walks on water", I might bring out the kool-aid thing....
