Looks like the first 7000' portion of the new runway 6L/24R at CLE will finally open on Thurs. Dec. 12. Check out the article from today's Plain Dealer:

Will all three parallel runways be used for the time being? I've noticed there is now a 6C/24C designation for the old secondary runway.
