What's new

Nobama's SS

You post with a few words substituted:

Remember what Obama did to the Bush ? how he viliefed him , how he blamed everything on him , he made him into a scape goat for all of the country's problems , he would twist his words , their art their litrure to make them seem evil ....
Dell, you could insert any politician's name running for any office, and his/her opponent, and your analogy would work.

It is called negative campaigning. They all do it.

bush failed our nation with a wasted war ....

the war in iraq has cost and i beleieve will cost more than one trillion dollars ... money we could have spent to save our economy . that ONE issue alone lables him a failure .... do you have ANY IDEA what we could have done with one trillion dollars ?

i should suggest you get a grip on reality , you seem to think bush has not failed our nation , look at his and congresses apporval raitings ...

i don't like to play your partisan game , but get your head out of the sand and look around at this country , we're done for .

You are somewhat correct but at the same time both party's and both houses are equally guilty.

This country isn't done for mr doom and gloom. It most certainly is going to be if certain directions are taken.

You ever both to check your spelling Professor?

What grade are you in little boy?

Dee dee dee......

That's an odd thing for you to say considering you seem to think the president is all powerful with Executive Orders. Now it's share the guilt time?

Kind of ironic how Bush supporters are now coming out of the woodwork to cry about civil liberties.

You all stood by and said nothing while people were being locked up without a trial. You said nothing while warrant-less wire taps were being issued. You said nothing while the government eaves dropped on google searches, and what books people were checking out of libraries.

Yet now you want us to fear Obama?? Please.

If you recall, people were screaming bloody murder after bushes antics. Hence thats why repubs are out this election. At the same time people are very concerned over what Obama's intentions are.

Rahm Emanuel Discusses Formation of National Civilian Security Force (Audio)

Rahm Emanuel, Obama's Chief of Staff appointee, talked to NY Daily News reporter Ben Smith in 2006 about his mandatory civil service plan. The idea was detailed in Emanuel's co-authored book, The Plan.

This Socialist National Civilian Security Force is exactly what Obama was talking about on the stump this year.

Here is the audio from that interview: Link

Here is the transcript:

SMITH: I meant to ask you about the universal service piece of the plan. Can you tell me about it? Like, how is this going to work? Are people going to live in barracks?

EMANUEL: Universal Civil Defense Training... I think he had it at 18, but we were saying somewhere between the ages of 18 and 25, you will do three months of training. You can do it in your(inaudible). Some point in college you can do just that. There can be nothing wrong with all Americans having a joint similar experience of civil... what we call civil defense training or civil service... some sense of service to country in preparation, which will give people a sense of what it means to be an American. We propose three months. At the end of the day someone says it should be four more. I’m not going to sit here and hold it up.

SMITH: I mean it’s a lot more than the U.S. government asks of anybody right now.

EMANUEL: Guess what? We have a lot more challenges, so we are going to need a lot to do it.

SMITH: I mean I don’t mean to get hung up on the aesthetics of it, but like uniforms... is it like Europe... people go absent?

EMANUEL: If you’re worried about going to have to do 50 jumping jacks, the answer is “yes.â€

SMITH: Are you kinda shifting the “country-esque†Army bases in the Summers? I mean… I wonder how it’s going work. This is people’s experiences. It’s so abstract. Do you go nine to five in some course in a Red Cross building?

EMANUEL: The whole idea there is it will be worked on you can do it through your State-National guard could be the vehicle for that. The goal here (inaudible) to work on piece of legislation for ya’ and all that, but that’s one venue of doing it.
