I think the intent of the thread and of Jenny's replies are that the equipment is there. If you have an idea and need some equipment cheap, this is the place. So what if you're outsourcer? If you're going to hire a few of the guys out on the picket line thats great. They'll be happy for the work. Will they start a union?? (hypothetical) What if?? You can't prevent folks from organizing.
