As one of the former employees who still hold shares from the 1993 bailout of NW, this is some good news. However, I do NOT want to be a part of a corporate shell game that replaces the old stock with stock in the "new" NW. I'd rather have the money... 🙂

27 dollaras a share? I would think that is a bit on the high side. I was hoping to see something more along the lines of 15 to 16 dollars a share.
