Try the Hotel Pennsylvania. I know they give a crew rate.

Try ClubQuarters, US belongs to them and they give a great rate. 3 hotels now in NYC.

Call the Pass Bureau or go onto Compass to get the password for their website. Good, cheap, well located hotels for business people, but they usually have space on the weekends.
