O L C I Boarding Passes Don't Have Bar Codes

My daughter is currently flying through CLT. She did OLCI this morning without a problem. Did not notice that there were no bar codes on the BP. Everyone is having to line up for new BPs (she went into the Club). Several hundred people in the Special Services line in B and C due to missed connections.

Her observation, having been in CLT in snowstorms and tstorms is that this is the worst she has seen.

Have read and heard that HP OLCI BPs have never had bar codes--they do it the old-fashioned way. I did OLCI and saw there were no bar codes, so I, too, checked in again at the airport and obtained ones that did have bar codes.

..also no terminal or gate info! Blank on my BP anyway.
