Obamacare and patient privacy?

Like I have already said. I am more concerned that my doctor have all my medical info than I am about my info being leaked.

It was never an either-or issue. It was never a question of trading off one thing for another. Where do you get these oddball rationals from?

Well, I dont want a private company doing it so the alternative is the FED. Who do you want to do thre security?

And if you keep up with the veiled insults I am going to start reporting you. I do not care if you dissagree with me but you.need to do.it in an adult manner. I know you aere capable of it because you did it recently in a post.

Really? Seriously? In case you are unaware, if a private company loses your info and you are harmed you can sue very easily. Its called recourse. If you are dependent upon the government nanny state for your every need, then you will have very little recourse or none at all. I know you think that we should be a cradle to grave society and unicorns and fluffy bunnies will roam the streets as a result. But you are sadly mistaken......yet again.

“A government big enough to supply you with everything you need is a government big enough to take away everything that you have.... The course of history shows that as the government grows, liberty decreases.”

Laying down the drama a bit thick aren't we?

I do not see how filing a law suit will solve anything. Any suit involving a company such as the one we are discussing would more than likely involve a class action and be drawn out for years if not decades. Have fun with that. I do not agree that having the Fed handle the security of the info as opposed to a private company has anything to do with a nanny state. Nanny state has to do with a service provided such as SS or medicare in place of private coverage such as a 401k or private medical service. Since we will need security for the medical info either the Feds do it or a private company does it and either way there is a cost associated with it. Saying that this is wanting a nanny state is like saying that having the Feds maintain the Interstate system is a nanny state. I think they are better suited to handle such a large enterprise. We have seen the corruption of large companies like Halburton, BP just to name two. DO you really want to sue them? How costly do you think that venture would be?

Call it what you want, I am tired of your insults. Keep them up and I'll start to report you. You're choice.

And feel free to live in your comfort that big daddy gov will fill your world with unicorns and fuzzy white bunnies. Since its working exceptionally well so far.
