They removed identification wrist bands from Alzheimer's patients,and removed name plates on doors, in order to create confusion of who was who , making it impossible to determine what medication and diet the affected patient is suppose to recieve.

Remove and discarded handles used to lift patients from their beds !

Threw all the clean linens in the floor, before leaving the premises to go on strike !

Broken windows !
