OCD and Commercial Piloting

I would like to major in Professional Piloting with a degree in Aviation Technology but I was diagnosed with ADD and OCD when I was 13. Over the years I feel like I have outgrown my diagnosis. As of September 2008 I have been off all medication and I feel like I function better off my medication. One symptoms of ADD and OCD is poor grades in school hence 504 Disability Plans. Ever since I got off my medication I actually became an A and B student. This continues today at the community college I go to. Is there any way I can get a pilots license now that I'm off medication and function normally if not better?
