Trump can lead by however many points he wants, but if he keeps taking credit for the stuff he has been charged with, he might not be able to run. The funny thing is, he may go to jail because of his actions in Georgia....and even he had GOP lackeys instead of people who understood the law and GOT it overturned - he still would have lost the election.
