SO, given a golden opportunity to SLAM B O, CBS newsman Bob Schieffer asked MITTens repeatedly if he'd repeal B O's "move" ?

But true to form(remember us Bostonians known A LOT about ol' MITT), Romney "bobbed and weaved" better than a lot of JOE FRASIER'S fights.

Prediction,
MITTens will get that question RAMMED up his ARSE a zillion times before 11/2012, ESPECIALLY during the debates !

We both know that statement is BS so I really do not know why you pretend to know stuff you don't. I think what he did was politically stupid. He should have tossed it into the House's lap and let them try and dig their way out.

While we may not agree with his actions they were not illegal. We both know that. Had it been illegal I am willing to bet at least one republican would have filed suit. They did not, have not and probably will not.

His actions were no more illegal than the actions of Bush while he was in office. Hey may have been unethical and distasteful to some but I doubt any of his actions were illegal.

I never said Bush was worse. What I said was that Bush did things that the Dems squealed about and said were illegal. No suits were files. Same with Obama. While the right may not like his actions the actions do not seem to be illegal because thus far no judgments have been issued against him and no suits regarding his latest actions have been filed.

Given all the lawyers that work for the WH and for Congress I think the odds of them doing something illegal is remote. They may skirt the line and do things that are unethical and against the spirit of the law, but they are politicians so that is to be expected as far as I am concerned.

I'm pretty convinced that the ONLY reason Obama studied Constitutional Law at Harvard was so he could learn how to get around the protections and separation of powers.
