If the fed should remain independent, do you support Trump's housecleaning there, including the demand for the resignation of the guy HE appointed to, as he said in this 2016 debate, would 'allow the fed to do it's job".

Presidents in both Parties have always historically pushed the Fed to go along with their policies. Look it up for yourself. And FYI Jerome Powell is not going to be fired. He will likely however be replaced when his term ends.
But of course as Elizabeth Warren said on CNBC today, but Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump. Oh and she also mentioned Donald Trump.
