Outsourced NW stations

(Sorry if this has already been covered in another thread)

Since the merger, what has happened to the many NW stations that were outsourced? Are they now staffed by mainline employees?

The answer is "yes and no."

If a station X was staffed by DL mainline, then those employees took over the formerly outsourced NW operations. COS, OKC, and BHM are examples. This was for customer service functions, with the ramp remaining outsourced for both sides.

If a city was outsourced for both (eg FAR), then it still is.

If there's a specific city you're curious about, post it here, and I can tell you who's doing what now...
