Palm Pilots

I have a new Sony Clie SJ20 that I am hoping to use this summer for flight duty times etc. It has Palm 4.1 OS. I hear that Flight Duty XLS is compatible. Do any of you guys/gals know where I could go to get more info?

Also what other types of software do you find handy?
