While the phony "color revolution" in Iran is covered ad-nauseum by the main stream media, nothing is heard about Peruvian police opening fire and killing two dozen indigenous protestors in the Peruvian Amazon region.
The protestors were angry at decrees issued by the Peruvian president which further violate their rights and open their lands to exploitation by U.S transnationals. Since the protestors are genuine grass roots and not corporately financed or part of some "Foundation" or NGO, the corporate controlled media will not anger their masters by giving this story much attention.

Und zo. I see...
It is quite obvious that since this story has not been packaged for mass consumption on FOX or CNN, these events never happened.
Either that or no one cares about a bunch of Indians being gunned down in the name of the mighty free market.

Its all about ratings and editorial content......what gets you to watch CBS Evening News.

Obama has an agenda with Ahmadinajihad as far as making history and opening a dialoge which no one has to this point...its why he flubbed his historical chance to support the Iranian revolution...now after hearing Fox News slap him over his tootsie roll response, the great one has changed his stance after both houses blind sided the idiot in supporting Iran protesters.

Obama and his admin respond to negative reporting on the radio and TV....check out his responses on major issues and their negativity and how he changes position a day or two later. What a jerk administration....

On an aside....nice seeing you back Ed......stay tuned.

There is no "Iranian revolution."
In this country, in oder to run for president you have to be a millionaire to be recognized by the corporate media as an "electable" candidate.
In Iran, its the Mullahs who have final say in who runs. They will not allow anyone to run who deviates too much from the party line or undermines their power. This Moosavi guy had the Mullah stamp of approval to run. He lost, felt dejected and was a prime candidate to lead the U.S. Spedial Ops/CIA supported "Green Revolution."

Uh.Ed......I think there was a little hanky panky action at the ballot box......I think the dude you mention was quite popular and the Mullah's feared him.
