Check the arrival of the DUB flt today.. there were 1.5-2hr delays due to fog in DUB this morning!

I was not a complaint just wondering why since I have friends on the flight and I was supposed to be on it too but had to cancel. I did give kudos to the delay being posted hours before the departure.

It was an innocent question seeking information so lose the attitude. Many people here have access to more information than I do.

That was back when the airline was concerned about customer service.

It's difficult for customer service staff to provide information to the customers when they can't even obtain it for themselves. Call it "future enhancement", if you will. It's coming.....just like a fully merged airline, new uniforms, inflight entertainment, upgraded interiors,........... well, you see.....

You're right about that. Once I checked the status of a flight departing CLT. The flight showed delayed for DE-ICING. The only problem, it was July.

Did that mean there were too many bags of ice in the galley and they had to throw a few off?

CO does a very nice job on their website with flight information. US Web designers should take a look. It gives accurate reasons. Remember the reasons were entered by employees in the old US system.

You are new to the boards and you will see that everytime an international flight is delayed or there is some computer clich SOMEONE will start a thread on it.

It is just ridiculous....

Dayum, it was a simple enough question folks! If you don't have the answer, no need to attack the questioner.

It was NOT late crew. It was late arrival of equipment coupled with mtc.
