What is the runway incident being reported this am at PHL?

A tug was moving a DL md80 across rwy 35 and a GA a/c clipped the tug on tkof roll...no injuries. Just drug and alcohol tests looming.

delta's md-88 didnt get out of the mud until after 12 or 1 this afternoon. were the fields that muddy?

It won't be hard to see who was cleared to move where. But, if the visibility was good, the pilot will still be at fault for not verifying the runway clear.
