Oh, BTW...the Seals that I've met know the meaning of "integrity", and most assuredly know the meaning of "final & binding".

As I have said before, "Dred Scott" was final and binding, however, that did not make it right and that was a decision of the Supreme Court of the land. Arbitration is voluntary as the arbitrator is a "retired" judge who cannot place a seal on the decision. Therfore, until a court "seals the deal", it is voluntary.

Your integrity is a joke. Are you also an Australia Adventurer? Your Animal House ethics only apply to the western idea of seniority theft. Navy Seals would be disgusted with your quota ideas. Surely you jest. Since no court has "sealed the deal" for the TA arbitration (below min block hours), it's voluntary and the company can ignore the unfavorable result?
